Property Magnate help plz!

This is the last achievement I need to fullfil in this game and I just can't seem to get it right. Anyone have any sorta foolproof plan to make this happen? I could probably just watch another Hero do it, but I'd like to actually do it myself.

You gotta have 2 and a half million dollars of property.:)

No, that is a different achievement. This is the one where ya gotta sell a property for double what you purchased it for. ;)

that's easy (even though i don't have it i know how to get it).
just buy four or five star furniture and put it into a house that's worth at the most 2500.

I used the Silk Moon, next to the tavern in Bowerstone Market. Filled it with Luxury furniture and place a trophy on the wall. Sold it, and voila.

Thank you for correcting me. Now that you mention it, all I did was sell a five star house and buy it back. Forgot about that.:blush:
