Protection Stub has stopped working

when I try to install I get all through it until it says play game I push enter and I get the message that the Protection has stopped working and I have tried everthing that I can think. Can anyone help me?

Have to got a screenshot of this error as im unsure as to what you are referring to.

A little search on Google gave this result. It seems the problem is fixable, just follow the guide in the thread I posted. But be warned, read all the posts before you do it, you are turning off some kind of security thing. You can let your OS to completely turn it off or add some programs as exceptions. This might be a security risk and not the final solution.
