According to quite a few early reports there are a small percentage of batches of PS4's that have shipped with faulty HDMI ports and some with faulty HDD. However Kotaku have posted a fix for the HDMI issue, so if you happen to be one of the people who get it early and with this issue fret not there is a way to fix the HDMI issue.
