Pub Game Advice Thread

Ok, here is the thread for you to tell how you win at the pub games. A sort of, collective knowledge source i guess. Just post your strategy for one or all of them.

Fortunes Tower: I think the common strategy for this game is if you want to pull out ahead, take the first chance you get to yield prophet no matter how small (once the number goes over 15). If the stack is running dry at the third or fourth row and you already lose your gate card, you should settle for a slight loss as opposed to wasting your entire wager.

KeyStone: I'll be honest...i hate this game. the most successful strategy i found was to place full bets on the keystones for 6,7,8 and 13,14,15. Place no inside bets and collect small on what you did. Most of the people i've played against bet heavily on the inside, and end up losing more then gaining because of it. Just play it small and let them fall below you.

SpinnerBox: This game really has no strategy at all. Just keep hitting A and hope for the best...


Have a differing strategy, i want to hear about it! keystone is honestly a game i suck at. If you have a better strategy then mine, please share it!

It depends on what I am are playing for really. My strategy depends on whether im trying to unlock new games, win a tournament, or just make some gold.

Tower's Fortune I generally take anything over 16. If I lose my gate card Il'l take anything over 12. This is a slow and steady process but you'll make gold and depending on your bet size you can rake up points pretty fast too.

Keystone is a bit trickier and I have to really plan what I want to do. To make gold I usually max bets on either side as in, red or black, 4-9 or 13-17, odd or even. To make points ill put in gold on red and black, 4-9 & 13-17, and odd & even. You usually win this way (unless it lands on a keystone) and you'll make points fast. For tourney's I put max bets on the bottom row (the tripples). You'll have to cash out some games if you never get a tripple but when you do you'll make it in the top 5 easily.

Spinnerbox all I can say is for whatever reason I usually do a whole lot better in tournaments than I do in the normal game.

I just play Fortune's Tower.
The other games anger me terribly.

I've won the jackpot a few times on Tower, but not alot.
I only have the free version though.
