Pub game ranking?

What's the fastest way to gain ranks in the pub games?

I'm not too bothered on how much money I have to spend, I just want the fastest method of gaining ranks.

you gain one point for every gold you bet, win or lose, so always bet max on the highest possible game.

i sudgest betting max on fortunes tower, and just keep pressing a. you will lose a ton of money but be a 5 star gambler in a flash.
