ahh...you can only get pub games items via either playing the pub games and then transferring them, or by aquiring them via trade from someone who HAS attained them via pub games. the reason theyre hard to get is that theyre reasonably difficult to get within the pub games game itself, and you can only get one set of these items per fable 2 save. so people are often unwilling to trade them
