You know you can just buy the potion in the game multiple times!

And for way less than you are offering.

At the Fairfax Castle next to that digsite there's a few people walking around. Some of the people are useless, but a few of them you can see are carrying around backpacks/luggage or whatever and they vendors.
Every time you load this map, new vendors will pop up. They cycle through randomly. Keep going back and forth through this map and eventually you'll find the vendor selling potions. He sells the Pure Experience Extract and many other experience potions. Many of the vendors in this area have rare items. So check them out!
