Recently I bought a new PC and installed fable TLC on it. I had fable on my PC before and I want to import old save files on new PC. However, when I upload files to mediafire and try to redownload on to c/documents/my games/fable it dosent work! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

Would it not be easier to put them on a USB and copy them that way?

yeah, the point is when i copy the saves onto My Games/Fable/xx_kiLLaz_xx/saves or whatever it dosen't work!

Have you made sure the location you have copied them into is the same (usually C:\Documents and Settings\*username*\My Documents\My Games\Fable\Saves) and is the profile name the same too?

Yes the path is correct. I only have 1 profile, so when i try to copy saves it doesn't work

So when i try to copy saves to this path it doesn't work. And yes, I have copied all the save files including Autosave, Autosave.qs, Autosave.qs.hs, profile.bin.

Something you can try is removing that profile you made (back it up somewhere), and instead start a new game and profile. The game should then generate new save files in a new profile folder after you've saved your game. Then exit the game and copy over your old files overwriting the new ones and see if that works.

Tried copying the entire folder and overwriting the new folder location on the new machine (checking they are named the exact same thing)? Might be worth seeing if the old profile folder can be copied over too.
