Question about guild cave chest/fable2.com

I have gone through the puppet show several times(often trying different combinations) and I have never opened the chest in the guild cave. At the end of every show, even my first time, the error comes up that there is either an error or I've already received my items. Is this a glitch or is there a set amount of times or combinations you must do in order to receive the items. Help please! Thanks

^What a waste of a post.

Um try logging into your live account on the website before doing the show. Also trying checking the shops in the game. When I tried to transfer my items they didn't appear in the chest but just in shops around albion.

most items appear in the chest if you've started an new character. if you play an existing character, they will be at various shops. you can only redeem each prize once for each ending, but they will be available to all your characters. like wolfie said, make sure you're signed in
