I finished all 3 knothole quests and didn't unlock this achievement. Am I missing something?

Did you go to the center of town and talk to the townsfolk and make the decision to help them or the Chieftain?

I went into the room but never actually changed the weather. I guess I should do that. Thanks!

umm...I have no idea, are you sure you have all the seals?...I can't remember when it happens ...hopefully someone else knows exactly when

I'm thinking this should be in the help section anyway for this particular area is for general discussions, but it doesn't really matter to me but perhaps you can try there

That's strange. I unlocked that achievement last night. I did the same as you did and I unlocked them just fine.
