would that be enough to run all the new games with every graphic setting on high without lagg?

No I don't think so, your processor isn't very good and I'm not sure if your graphics card is awesome either, but I'm no expert. Go on this to find out more specifically.

That laptop will be fine for gaming, but I read there were some issues with the GPU having FPS dips on various games. Best make sure the drivers are completely up-to-date.

Though it's awfully expensive for the performance you'll get out of it.

can u reccomend one? lol im not very smart at computer specs and i don't wanna waste alotta money

Well, if I did.. it'd result in you ending up with a Desktop instead of a Laptop, so.. I don't know if that's convenient for you or not?

awww thanks tho, na i need a laptop cuz i make beats - and i'd like to make em on the go =]

btw that laptop is NZD - unless you can help me find a desktop that can run new games on high setting with next to no lag the same price as that lappy up there i would really appreciate it =] i also appreciate the information and help you have given me thus far =]

Ide say your best of building your own pc if you ask giki or steve they can tell you the best parts to buy. If spent right £900 can get you a top spec desktop that can play crisis on ultra with 40+fps.

Desktop PC's are always the best way to go when building custom built computers, especially for gaming.

I'm currently building my computer and altogether, the end total is $1,400 dollars. And that's with a quadcore CPU, two gtx 460 GPUs in SLI, 6gb of ram, and 2tb harddrive.

Laptops are good for on the go, but for a true gaming rig, go desktop.

yea i been thinking aabout it alot and i decided i might go for the Desktop - soley because i don't wan't to buy a laptop because it has a higher chance of being stolen.

and as much as i like the idea of building my own desktop - im far to unintelligent to do that lol

If you need any suggestions on parts, let me know. I used to Co own a computer store a few years ago.

Building a computer isn't that hard. Looking for the compatable parts at a good price range gets tiresome and to me is the most stressful. Give me a price range and I could look for components for your rig.

Also, would you be needing a monitor, speakers, headset, keyboard, or a mouse?
