Question about moral standing and scarring. PLEASE HELP.

so my character has never been KO'ed and i have the casanova sword fully unlocked to prevent scaring. Also when i check my moral standing it says im maxed out to be good, BUT my face is all ****ed up... WHY?!?! i remade the character because my other one was all messed up. is there a way to get my face back to normal? I did sit AFK for a while when i went to work to gain money. does that have anything to do with it?

Its alright. I finally got fed up with doing good deeds and nothing working so I decided to be evil. I went to brightwall and killed the whole village and as I killed more and more people my face turned back to normal! i don't understand it but i'm happy anyway. <3
