Question about the Daichi

Do you have to be far in the game to get it? I'm at the gate where you need renown points to get in, I think the area is called westcliff, and I'm looking for the mage...And I need a new weapon, so am I far enough in the game to get it?

Well, if you're in Westcliff, I assume you've been to Brightwood Tower at least once, so in which case, yes, you are far enough.

If you need to know where it is, well, it's in a chest after you leave Archon's Knot, and to get to Archon's Knot...Well, you know when you climb up the first tower, then come out on that...Bridge thing, with the stone platform in the middle, that leads you to the second part of the tower? There's a broken wall on that, just behind the platform which you can vault off, that drops you down into Archon's Knot.

Sorry for the bad description, I couldn't think of any other way to describe it, hope I helped anyways. ^_^

Thanks, I was there and thats where that one guy took the mage...then I left there to go to westcliff...

I'm reading in some other places that you have to have been in Bloodstone first, where is that?

I was not able to get there, there was a statue at the ledge...
