Question Concerning Reputation

When presented with the option of consuming the sex change potion, I couldn't help but take it. I thought nothing would change except for the sex of my character. Boy, was I wrong.

To make a long story short, I ended up killing my wife so I could marry a lesbian or a man, and now everybody in the street runs away from me, despite the halo on my head. What can I do to get back in good standing with the villagers?

Just do some expressions and it will all be good again. I think.

I wasn't killing anyone. All I did was dances and gave people gifts and things. They eventually stopped running away but it sucks to keep hearing, "Was everything you said before a lie?" and other things. Deleted that character and started over.
