Question during Boot Up

Very minor question but when you first boot up the game and the Microsoft Game Studios screen comes up, is it blurry? Like it seems very faded and non HD if anyone knows what I mean. This has nothing to do with a complaint or anything, I just feel I got a sketchy copy and want to make sure that this is happening to other people as well. If it isn't then I certainly won't buy my copies from where I do, I just wanted some verification. This isn't the PAL version either. NTSC anyone?

seems a little foggy and maybe a little grainy... think thats how its suppose to be though
