question for those that beat the game...

Can you only get to twinblades grave after you beat the game. I'm just about done with the hero of skill quest, but I wanted to do all the other quests in case they disappeared so I'm trying to finish what I can. During the second max and sam quest I tried to enter twinblades tomb but I kept getting a "door locked". Is this a quest in it's self?

It is related to the Bowerstone Graveyard Manor Quest and will be unlocked while doing that mission which is available sometime after reaching Bloodstone or Finishing the game not sure which though....
