If you made your guy fat is there a way to lose weight? Dumb question I know :P

Yes. Eat lots of Celery, available from any produce trader. Damn, that's some goood eatin'!

Go to alchemyst in bowerstone and buy potion that -15 purity and +60 thin, it is so much easier than celery sorry Certain Death

not true. those potions are there because you bought and sold them from Knothole Island DLC. Normal Fable II copies may only use Celery from the food market.
