Question

Are there any places in Fable 2 that have a huge link to the past? Where people talk about it or anything that is a big part of Fable.? And i never finished Fable can some one tell me how it ends please?

There aren't really 'huge' location-links between the two games, except for the Guild Cave, Oakvale. Well, there are lots more, but they've actually changed. For instance, Darkwood and Greatwood, has become Westcliff, IIRC.

Fable TLC or Fable II?

It would be best to buy whichever episode you don't have. Explaining really isn't the same as experiencing the game yourself.

OK i dont have the moneys tho lol. But is Theresa the sister from fable 1? And what is the connection between Sparrow and Theresa. And Idk if i beat Fable cause it was so long ago

Theresa is your sister from Fable TLC.
Fable 1(not TLC) ends with you killing Jack of Blades who has killed your mom and dad(Your sister survives if you choose not to take a sword called Sword Of Aeons)
In TLC Jack of Blades survives and you have to kill him again in dragon form.
