Questions on Updates and Add-Ons

Hey everyone, I just bought Fable 2. I have a few questions with regards to updating the game.

I have begun playing it and notice a couple of bugs here and there. I am also aware that there was a pretty substantial patch that fixed a lot of bugs in the game.

How do I download this patch? I have an Xbox live gold account. I guess what I want to know is how do I make sure that my game is updated? I see no way to update it from the 'downloadable content' section. I downloaded the knothole island add-on to see if it would contain the patch as well.

Also, once downloaded is there an easy way to see a change so that you know and can confirm there has been a patch?

If anyone could comment on anything here it'd be terrific

When you first start up a game, if there are any updates to it you will be prompted to download the update. Also, if you've downloaded Knothole Island there are some patches that are tucked away in Add-on releases.

Of course, not all bugs are fixed or can be fixed, and you'll just have to play the game with them still there.
