As a matter of fact, they do, according to Peter Molyneux a few members of the team occasionally visit Fable and Fable II fansites to get that little extra insight into what fans think of their games. Don't ask me where I read that but it's out there somewhere on the intarwebs. I've had a few back and forth emails with Sam Van Tilburgh in the past and he may have mentioned it there.
