In order to get the sword and tattoo that come with The Balvarine Order and the Fable 3 controller, did you have to preorder these items, or could I just go pick them up and still get the codes for them?

Pretty sure they come with the codes. My friend has it on pre-order, I'll ask him tomorrow and let you know with a message on Xbox.
