I never believed the movie game would exist in the first place. Fox and Universal never get on these days it seems.

I hope Neil will continue the creation of the movie it it gets some light soon
enough, I don't know anyone else who would seem fit for the job other than Ridley Scott, who, in fact, didn't find the movie as having enough plot.

The shorts were amazing for little movies that were done in a short amount of time, I was convinced Neil was the only guy that would pull it off...I still am convinced actually.

Hmm, I wonder if the Gears Of War movie will suffer the same fate.. It wouldn't be surprising though.

There's too many game movies out there, and most of them are terrible: Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Dead or Alive, Bloodrayne, Doom, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, etc. Some movies shouldn't really exist, cause it can make a game look bad with the whole cheesy acting and whatnot, like Bloodrayne...Great game, lousy movie.

Silent Hill aint half-bad. I mean, no way does it do the games justice, but I didn't find it that bad of a movie.

I think the Resident evil movies are great.

And in no way should compare to the games. Because they're movies. ^_^

Don't worry, i just listed it as one of the many game movies in general. I honestly enjoyed SH Movie, it took me by surprise, despite it's slow start. The Resident Evil movies were nice too, but i don't like much of the other game movies, they never do the games any justice.

Because most of them aren't based off the games, they're based off the idea of it.
