I just heard about this toggling of the hood.

- Where can I buy ranger hood (thing)
and how do I toggle it.

It's a ranger's coat. Just put it on, then press A to toggle.

I usually find them in the bloodstone tailors or the oakfield clothing store.

oakfield clothing stall, buy the rangers coat and put it on, in the clothing menu click A on the toggle and the hood will go up/down.

it's a bit puffy as in makes you look fat but it's cool with hood up.

If I made my character a fat ass he'd look awesome in it.

Theron Dark Drakon thinks its a good idea, but doesn't want to have a flame war going on. You know as well as I do thats exactly what will happen.

yeah the ranger coat and a few others like highwaymans coat toggle. just put them on and press A to toggle. id like the ranger coat if it didnt have that stupid chest peice.

It makes my 0 physique character look like a fatty. I don't use ANYTHING that makes me look like a fatty.
