RDR "Skin it to Win it" challenge question.

Rockstar hasn't released any release date for the "Skin it to Win it" challenge and I was wondering if it only gets released when the community skins enough animals. If you look at this picture of the rockstar social club site, you'll notice a bar that is almost full.

Does anyone know for sure that the challenge will be available when it gets filled?

I think that is the challenge. When the bar gets full, we get something for our avatars.

Just guessin'.

We get the "Gentlemens Attire" outfit if your avatar is a male or the "Lady's Finest" if female.

It says it's complete now. Why are the prizes those stupid shirts and not the outfits? And why did i not get a prize at all? Did you guys get anything?
