Read or write protected memory?

Yeaaaaah... Never gotten this before, I am trying to load a .fmp and I get that error message... what gives? I changed the properties to both the .fmp itself and the FinalAlbion (patched with FreeRoam) but it didn't help at all.

Yeah I checked the Wiki and didn't find anything either... Also re-downloaded the .fmp which gave the same results.

Did you use the FreeRoam App or FreeRoam FMP?

What mod are you tryin to load?

What did you change on the fmp?

Application. Ripped it and all that.

Your TRADER_NO_SPAWN.fmp

Don't know what it would be in English, as I haven't laid my eyes on a XP in English but uh.. 'Write protection'? Unchecked where it says "Skrivskydd"-

Re: Read or write protected memory?

The picture is showing the MOD_PACK_V1_TRADER_SPAWN.fmp

You mean 'Read Only' - you could check the gamefiles if they're protected - textures.big, graphics.big, text.big, game.bin - but I don't believe they are protected by default...

Make sure you don't have any other applications running while loading the mod.
This includes Windows Explorer, Fable (of course), etc.

[edit] @ Sephi: Happened to me to a couple of times.

I could kiss you! :p

That was it. For some reason I had one Fable Explorer sorta sneaking about, no windows open for it or anything, it was just... as I said, sneaking in the background. :ninja:
