Really hard to decide

I can't decide on which platform to get fable 2... the gameplay on xbox is much better but i love to mod... what are you guys doing?

But seriously, if you're getting it on the computer you might have to wait longer for it than us Xbox360 owners. But if your computer can run it well, I say go for it because modding could add even more enjoyment into the game.

As of now, Fable will only be available on the Xbox 360. As time marches on, who knows, but for me I would say the Xbox version because...A: My computer sucks... and B: Modding for me ruins the game play.

I can't really vision a PC Fable 2...this is because the PC version won't really be able to have couch co-op like the 360.

We'll see.

yeah i agree with lionheadtex about coop... though i think its possible there will be a computer version... pretty sure eventually there will be since almost all good 360 games have... though you will have to wait probably 6 months to a year... maybe longer since i dont think theve even started on a computer version... i say buy both... i wouldnt be able to wait for a comp version

If they do decide to make a PC version (which in my opinion they inevitably will) it will likely come quite some time after the Xbox 360 version. All depends how much you want to want for it really.

Yeah, I agree. Just look at the PC version for Fable TLC compared to the original on Xbox.

Get the Xbox 360 version so you get an idea of what there is in game and then whilst you're playing it, you can keep track of all the things you will want to mod once the PC version comes out.

However, the code monkeys still have to first figure out how-to and then make the tools to do so, adding even longer before you can (if possible) get some modding done.

Yes some games like the PC version of Gears Of War is campatadable with a wired XBox 360 controller

Well I bought my xbox version and found a torrent, and a crack for my pc version.
So that way I don't have to pay double.

Unless Lionhead themselves release some tools, as they must be aware of the huge modding communities by now.

Yeah on a decent amount of games actually, i used to use mine with the first Rainbow Six Vegas on PC.

My friend took a look at the Fable 2 screenshots and said 360 is worth buying for Fable 2 alone. Why can`t I be a millionaire?

Oh there`ll be a PC version, they`re just waiting for people to buy more consoles.

Well, If I have an xbox by the time fable 2 is out yeah. But I have already reserved it for xbox. My lil bro is the only one who has an xbox at my house, knowing how he is, he will most likely try to confiscate the game for himself, but not this time, fable 2 is my toy.

Yeah im just a little worried now because gta 4 wasnt released on pc because they didnt want people modding their game... fable wouldnt do that to us would they?

As far as I know its only gonna be on 360. I am getting it as soon as its released and then I will have to take at least a week off of work. Or just quit altogether and stay in my room playing Fable2 forever!^_^
