Hm, I think this quest is glitched for me... When I go in the Manor into the room whenever I search the drawers every time, never the "unmentionables" that I am searching for.

He has two bedrooms 
one "regular" and one for his more... well... whorish appetites 
You need to find the 2nd bedroom.. it's hidden and considered a secret part of the mansion, but they are in a chest to the right of the foot of the bed in the 2nd bedroom.
