Redecorating Glitch

This is a very annoying thing for me. I bought all 5 star furniture for everything in my house. I change everything, leave, do a quest, come back to my house, and the sinks, stoves, and drawers are back to their original 3 star rank. No matter how many times I redecorate it, it doesn't work.

I've tried saving it right after leaving the house (making sure that the stove/sink/dresser is of the luxurious state, but that doesn't work.
I could try to save it while in the house (while it's in "redecorate mode")
I really don't know what to do or if I can fix this problem

I've had this problem, but only with drawers and stoves, and only in the Serenity Farm house inside the Oakfield demon door. As far as I know, there's no fix.

Also, heed this warning: Saving your game while in redecorate mode might permanently put you in redecorate mode, possibly being a game-breaking glitch. I'm not completely sure about this because I've never done it myself, and I've never heard anything about a glitch relating to this, but be careful.
