Registry Cleaner

I'm trying to fix one of my other computers and one of the problems is the registry. I was wondering if anybody could tell me about a free registry cleaner that is actually GOOD. Before you ask, I googled it and don't know which to pick.
+rep if you can help me.

EDIT: Failed to mention the computer is running Windows 7.

I would suggest to use「CCleaner」, I have used this myself in the past.

Don't get reckless when you remove data from your system's registry. Some of the information may be vital for your system or applications. Think twice before removing anything or changing something within the registry.

CCleaner is the best, in my opinion. I was recommended it by Dark Drakan sometime back and it's been perfect ever since.

Simple and easy to use. Plus it only takes a few seconds.
