Retexture help

ok so i dont know if its retexturing but how would i put notches in an axe or sword? please help me out im pretty new at this

Think someone could please help? i tried and just ended up with some massive black spots in my Greataxe lol i wont notches kinda like the cutlass bluetane if ya know what that looks like

Coll if ya figure out anything tell me if ya would im tryin to do it so i can retexture my own legendary weapon so it dosent look like some crapp Steel Greataxe lol

Ya but when i open it it brings this registry key thing up and im tryin to figure it out but at 5am its kinda hard to do lol

If you want them to be more then a texture, you have to edit the mesh in a 3d modelling application like 3ds Max or Blender.

3ds Max is VERY expensive...

Remember, stuff like this isn't easy. I'm not an expert myself, but I've played with models a bit, and found it pretty difficult to learn.

As I pointed out in the post above, there are FREE altervatives for 3ds Max.

thanks and thanks for givin alternatives to 3d max cause im broke and what little money i do have i cant spend on hobbies lol
