Rookridge Beach + temple of shadow

How exactly do you get there (rookridge beach), i can see it on my map, but i can't seem to find a way down there...

And how do you purchase the temple of shadows? I killed the shadow worshipper inside, and i was wondering if that makes a difference? And i also can't sacrifice people... i pull the lever and let it go with like 10 people on the platform and nothing happens...

Any help please?

if you kill the guy in the temple then i dont think you can sacrifice anymore... as for the beach try jumping off the bridge. I have no idea how to buy the temple

i've tried jumping off both of the bridges, and neither let me....

maybe you have to be doing a quest at the time?
maybe going back through hobbes cave?

u got to dive off the broken bridge by hobble cave. theres a cur scene with bandits on otherside. Once u hit beach hes on ur right
