Rookridge Traveling Traders

Trying to find a specific trader here. But it seems that every time i travel there, they disappear. The economy is fine, and they're even there on my other character. Here's the details of my problem:

I went into the regions section of the menu, scrolled to Rookridge and it shows a list of merchants in the region. When I travel there, there's no one, not even in the menu.

I've tried sleeping with every selection of time periods, running around aimlessly killing bandits and hobbes, even stood around for about 3 game days straight. I'm done the main quests and most of the side quests.

Traveling traders only appear in Rookridge at a certain point during the story, then they disappear again. At least that's what has happened to me.

Try looking for the specific trader that you need in Bower Lake. Bower Lake has the same exact traveling traders as Rookridge, and I don't believe they disappear at any point in the game.

Was unsuccessful. But to anyone else that's having the same issue, be sure to try Fairfax Gardens.
