Same prizes from the shooting range

I almost have the full old kingdom tattoo set and the full scythe tattoo set, but I keep getting beards or tattoos I already have. No matter how many times I play the shooting range it won't give me the left leg scythe tattoo or the left arm old kingdom tattoo and the face old kingdom tattoo. Does this mean I have to get the ones the shooting range won't give me as gifts from villagers and if I do have to get them from villagers are there certain village's people that will give you the tattoos? Like the people from the mercernary camp, will they give you the tattoos?

The rewards from the shooting range aren't random. They probably belong to a fixed list of selected items from the game's item list. There may be enough to make you think otherwise, but I am more than certain that it's a fixed list.

Where else would I be able to find the remaining scythe and old kingdom tattoos I need?
