Screen Flickers and then comes back

Every once in a while my screen flickers, like it's changing Resolutions and then it comes back, but on my desktop is says "Driver failed and recovered"

how can I fix this?

You might have a damaged or missing driver. Does the error message say anything else, or is that all it says?

Yeah like Scott said, have to try and see if it says what drivers are failing and try and replace them or just update all drivers you can.

My card is barely supported, it took me awhile to find these drivers.

So I doubt that I could find better drivers for my

Nvidia Geforce Go 7950 GTX

Do you have Vista or XP?

You could try going to your PC Manufacturer's website, and download the driver updates to your video card. Because from what i've read elsewhere, the driver upgrades from Nvidia's main site never work when downloaded and installed.
