Second Character has no preorder bonuses....?

I bought the game ages ago, when it first came out, and played it on my 2 different profiles. Started again recently to check out the new DLC and created a new Char on my first profile (just learned i could do that, i was afraid of overwriting the first). anyway when i got to the point when the sanctuary opened up fully i only got some of my dlc; the bludgeon and gusket. i should also have the hunter's lodge, the inquisitor, the dog skin and some other weapon i think can't remember which. i also didn't get 'gifted' the new weapons i paid for and downloaded just recently. i got them for my main character on the profile just not the new second one. what's wrong?

You may have figured it out by now if you have been playing but if not you will get them later. You just have to get to a certain point. I have 4 characters and you get the 2 said weapons then a little while later you will get rest of your stuff.

bumping 'cause I'm having a similar problem... We bought the game months ago, and bought the quest & dog potion dlc's on the marketplace, downloaded them on my profile, and no problems with them. I played them on my profile, and my daughter & hubby both played them on their profile. Then our 360 went RROD, and we had to get a new console. I downloaded them on the new console under my profile, and they appeared in my game... but my daughter, who has already been crowned, can only get the Yule hat. Everything else in the Sanctuary Shop tells her she has to have a gold account to download anything. I don't have a gold account, never did, and it let me buy them. Even offered to let me buy more. WTF is going on here???
