Someone just happened to be having a blacklight session and discovered secret messages on the BioShock 2 special edition propaganda posters.
No one knew they were there until today.

I like little easter egg secrets like this, shows the developers have put a little extra thought into their products.

I strongly disagree with Daemon - the awesome factor on things like these almost never wear off. You could have it in your room, and whenever someone new visits it would be a cool surprise, especially if they play Bioshock.
