I've downloaded the See The Future DLC but all i got on it when i logged in was some items from the crazy seller guy<.< and i was wonddering how i get the snowglobe?

Well you accept the quest when you talk to him then go into your invetory I think its the miscellanous section or soming like that then just click the Snowglobe

Ive tried :/ i talked to him at first clicked skip blah blah(all the talking) and then he gave me a bunch of items but i got no snowglobe,, do i need the premium version for it?

Yes lmao Thats the quests you have to have the Premium shoulda mentioned you got the free
