Seeing who is on

I didn't know if it was possible/wanted that the Admin could set up the forums so that any member who is browsing the forums to have their name appear at the bottom of the forums. Sometimes it's nice to see who else is looking at various threads with you. Other boards I have been to have set it up as listing the number of guests browsing the forums and then lists the members names who are also browsing.

If you go to quick Links the last choice is Who's Online Which shows you that.

Fortunately it's an option that's built into our forum software and enabling it just requires the click of a button.

I do like ability to see who else is online on the forum home page, it's a nice touch but it does require extra system resources to process (not much however) and I am a bit of an optimization freak...

Leave it with me though, I might re-enable it again and see how it performs...
