You have to kill Charles and wear his hat, and his grandmother will think you're him upon seeing you leave the cave (though some people say this doesn't work for female chars unless they have some male haircuts or something).

Who is this charlie? i don't remember any hat? I'm interested tho! 1.5 mil is cheap for a rare item. Plus im pretty pure so going evil is a no.

Yeah that is like 30-100 evil. That is not enough to go 100% evil plus it is not that rare just not known how to get it that much.

For good characters (assuming they're not new), 30 evil is not enough to even make a dent on their morality.
