Donate gold to your treasury.

Best way to get a 15,000 bounty on my head, after becoming king?

You can't get a bounty as king. You have to start a new game for that achievement.

Quickest way to earn 1,000 in someone else's world?

Make an offline profile and start a new game with it. As soon as you're able to bring someone into your world, use a second controller to bring a character from your main gamertag in as your co-op partner. Leave it there for a while and your Hero wages will accumulate.

How do increase my moral standing? Keep doing good things around the world?

Does making a villager friends with me count as good?

I'm actually not sure on that, but seeing as how making good decisions as king gives you friends around your kingdom automatically, it's entirely possible.
