Sex change potion, first I had it now I don't

I completed Lucians dungeon and got the choice wether to take the potion now, put it in my inventory or let it vanish I to put it in my inventory as it might come in handy later.

Later on I thought it would be funny to try out the potion but I could find it :S

It turns into a trophy once you leave the dungeon, and you can't use it then.

The recorded magic message didn't say anything about that? So I uqess the potions people are trading on XBL are DLC items?

The tradeable potions are bugged potions, they've pretty much fixed it now in patches but the already bugged ones stay bugged, IE you can trade them to people as much as you like and use it yourself as much as you like.
