ZOMG There is no way to get a sex change potion out of the cave This guy is probably just a scammer i may be wrong but really everything some one wants to trade for you seem to have. And you cant have a sex change potion

you can trade it you just have to be in the tomb as the dot thingy on there screen to do it.
