how do you have sex with a local i get them to follow and theyre there at the bed but it only says rest

Have to keep flirting until bar is quite near the top and then proposition them with the 'come back to my place' expression. Then when she agrees you highlight the bed while having her selected and get choice of Unprotected or Protected sex.
