Shadow Worshippers?

Are there shadow worshippers in Fable 3. Sacrificing people was definitely one of the most fulfilling aspects from Fable 2 and I hope that feature carries on into this game.

Yep, there's the Dark Sanctum.. I've remade it but only used it once, I think all you can do is barbeque your sacrifices
