what i mean is that thing the heroes on the front are wearing and in some screenshots too.
the kind of belt like thing that goes from (looking to the cover) left high to right low.
is it deleted or something?

If you're referring to the strap that goes across the chest, then such cannot be attained in game, to the best of my knowledge. It should be though, considering how silly our weapons look floating around on our backs without sheathes and straps.

and how they stick out of our coats randomly. It goes right through the ranger coat

Some coats have straps on them but none that really look like they'd hold a weapon. Highrollers has tons of straps but they're all along the waist. Guess it works for pistols, still no solution to melee weapons. Assume we're good enough to have our weapons float and follow us. Makes for interesting glitches though. Occasionally the pistol will end up on your chest and almost looks like it's tucked into your shirt, or both weapons will randomly stay fixed and not move as you move.
