shop keeper died and wont come back

i was doing the assantaion job where i had to kill a shop keeper i went back now no one is there i want to buy from the shop what do i do?

You start a new game, haha.

Nah, but seriously, you may just need to give it some time. If you haven't saved or auto-saved yet you could restart the game. In fact, saving then quitting and then loading your file back up again might fix it.
