Shops and Houses

I am trying to level up weapons and because I am trying to kill only in certain methods I am constantly needing health potions, I am leveling up weapons as I am waiting to go through a demon door that needs me to be fat and ugly.

both of which would be much simpler if I could get items at the shops more frequently, is there a way to speed up the rate the store keepers get in extra goods?

the second question is houses, getting bored of repairing houses all the time, know a quicker way (really should be an automatic option in the game somewhere)

They probably restock every day so just sleep in a bed until morning and they should have replenished. Also, once you get to Bowerstone Market you can buy ten Health Potions there with each restock (it's only five with each restock in Brightwall Village and City of Aurora) so then you can get all Potions in Brightwall, travel to Bowerstone and get all Potions there, then sleep and repeat. This way you will get lots of potions fast, but otherwise there is no way to get them quicker.

No you have to repair all of your houses manually, but they don't break down that very fast so if you fully repair each house you buy when you buy it (and then rent it out) you should get a steady income for a long time. At least long enough to get a few million gold, if you have bought every house and shop in the game.

have about 20 million so not bothering much with repair but i am having to do it ever few hours
