does anyone else ever get the feeling that their throat burns then they cant drink(water) or eat anything without pain? I have that and my face is leaking and it sucks

Best tips I can give is to take paracetamol and ibuprofen for pain, then drink as much water as you can. Blow your nose as often as you can too.

day 3 my face is stuffy, and my throat is fine but really contagious my cat is the only one allowed near me
