SO I was on xbox this morning, I was watching the gears of war 2 trailer in the dashboard, the trailer ended and I saw "Fable 2 HOLIDAY 2008". SO I dont know if october counts as holiday, but yeah. Microsoft said so.

Oooh! There's been a new Gears of War 2 trailer? Yipee! Or is the one where Cliffy B. talks a little about the Gears of War 2 campaign and shows a glimpse of Act 2?

And Holiday '08 definitely helps narrow it down! Not entirely sure when exactly that might be - makes me think Christmas-time, though.

Im kinda depressed its not sooner, but its in there best interest financially. Yeah the GOW2 trailer was a whole mission chopped and cut. It was bruttaly cool.

i also found this whilsts reading a CVG story on fable 2 it said this at the end.

Whether he gets those extra players or not, from a core gamer's perspective Fable 2 looks fantastic, and we don't think Peter will need to be apologising to Fable fans come Christmas.

I read the same article as Cometojames, and i also saw the that they said it wouldn't dissapoint come christmas...
It would make more sense financially to release it then, but i wish they would release it, on like Labor Day (early Sept.)

The holiday season means christmas . I have a feeling that Microsoft bumped the release date up to the end of November in order to have a stronger holiday lineup. Well, as long as it comes out this year...

It could've been moved up because of bugs, Peter M said there was alot of bugs. especially Pinkyness :lol:

Well they are finished with the content. It can't take too long to work solely on bug weeding out.

5000+ is quite a lot but im guessing a lot are just minor niggles that need working out.
