Small thought inspired by Natal.

If the video from E3 2008/9 (I forget when it was shown) featuring Milo tells me anything, it's that Lionhead apparently has a pretty sophisticated system for recognizing names and other words and having the on screen character pronounce them flawlessly. So, I ask, why not use this system in Fable III? I would love to name my characters and have the people of Albion call them by name rather than just their title.

Dunno, just a thought. Discuss.

maybe because it isn't perfect yet?, and they're not sure if it'l be ready in time for Fable 3
also i've always liked being called arseface

They (Who? You know.... they!) definitely haven't perfected that software yet, and I don't see it becoming properly usable in at least five - ten years. They've said they're going to implement it in Fable III, so maybe you're on the right track.

perhaps that will either be for use with natal features of f3, or could be introduced with an XBL update
